Raspberry Slacks
Developed as part of what is now known as my Orange Lovers series; an interactive book of poetry and portraits completed in July 2025. This large-scale wall-hung portrait, 36" x 60", explores layered identity and emotional color through mixed media. Created using a blend of gouache and digital Photoshop painting, the piece merges analog texture with digital composition. It stands as an early and foundational work within the series, capturing the tonal palette and intimate character studies that define the Orange Lovers project. It aims to capture the character and whimsy of my loved partner at the time. Intimate and playful, it marked a pivotal moment in the development of the series.
